Heather Locklear
Heather Deen Locklear (born September 25, 1961) is an American actress, best known for her role as Amanda Woodward on Melrose Place (1993-1999) in which she received four consecutive Golden Globe nominations for Best Actress in a Television Series Drama. Her other notable role is her role as Sammy Jo Carrington on Dynasty between 1981 and 1989. It was her first major TV role that began a lengthy partnership with producer Aaron Spelling.
Other notable TV roles include Officer Stacy Sheridan, T. J. Hooker (1982-1986) as well as Caitlin Moor in Spin City (1999–2002), who earned two additional Golden Globe nominations. This time , she was nominated for Best Actress — Television Series Musical or Comedy. She was a regular character on TV Land's sitcom Hot in Cleveland. She also had a prominent role in the TNT drama-comedy television series Franklin & Bash in 2013. Her film credits include the science-fiction drama Firestarter (1984) as well as the action-packed comedy Money Talks (1997), the live-action/animated comedy Looney Tunes: Back in Action (2003) and the romantic comedy The Perfect Man (2005).
