Heather Nauert

 

Heather Ann Nauert, born on January 27, 1970 is an American broadcast journalist who was previously an official of the government. She was the Spokesperson for United States Department of State during the Donald Trump administration (2017 to 2019). She is a senior fellow with the Hudson Institute, which is a think tank for conservatives.



 



 Prior to becoming a member of the Department of State, Nauert was a Fox News reporter and news presenter for Fox & Friends. Nauert also served as Acting Secretary of State for Foreign Public Relations and Diplomacy during the Trump administration from March 2018 until October 2018. Nauert was named to the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board in 2019 by President Trump.

  Kirsten Simone Vangsness was born on July 7 1972. She is an American actor who is also a writer and director. Her portrayal as Penelope Garcia (an FBI Technical Analyst) on the CBS drama Criminal Minds is her most well-known role. She played the same character on the spin-off show Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, Criminal Mindn Beyond Borders as well as Criminal Minds: Evolution; the main cast of 2022.    Childhood and early life  Vangsness was the daughter of Errol Vangsness (of Norwegian descent) and Barbara Mary (nee Marconi) and was an Italian descendant. She was born in Pasadena. She was born in Porterville, California and moved to Cerritos in the following years. She graduated from Cerritos High School, June 1990. She also attended Cypress College, Cypress, California. In 1996, she graduated from California State University, Fullerton.
